This notice covers information collected through this website, its assistance finder, calculators, lead forms and our follow-up communications. As a financial institution we are also subject to the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act (GLBA) and its privacy and safeguards rules.

• Contact details — name, email, phone, and mailing or property address.
• Assistance finder answers — state, county or city, household size, estimated household income, first-time buyer status, occupancy, target purchase price, down payment saved, and estimated credit score range.
• Property information — a listing URL you optionally supply, and the address, price, characteristics and any automated value or rent estimate returned for it.
• Communications — messages, call and text records, and notes from your conversations with our team.
• Technical and marketing data — IP address, device and browser data, pages viewed, referrer and campaign parameters (UTM), and the page you submitted from.

We collect financial or credit information only when you choose to provide it. Submitting a form on this site does not authorize a credit inquiry; any credit inquiry requires your separate authorization.
